Edicolac64 - il comodore 64 in italia

This website is a NO-PROFIT initiative born on the "xp64" forum (now dead).

EDICOLAC64 intends to bring alive in digital format:
- Old tapes and disks published in newsstands
- Original games
for computers: Commodore 64/128, Vic 20 e C16.
We requested authorization to "TUlip computers" (and now also to "Yeahronimo Media Ventures"), holder of Commodore trademark, which wrote:
"The EDICOLA64 site is a NON OFFICIAL site of commodore group. It has our consent to publish newsstand italian games and original games (by authority received of software houses), and can use as background the C= trademark"
Where applicable we requested (and we are still requesting) authorizations from publishers and software houses for publishing tapes, disks and games on our site, some of which are released as advertisement.
Publishers, and companies which do not want their material to be hosted on EDICOLAC64.COM, and/or have not been informed for our deficiency, can point out via e-mail at the address edicolac64@libero.it, and we'll arrange everything immediately.
We wish to thank people who contributed in the past for this great project and new visitors/members who supply the material.
Files downloaded from site are granted for FREE; they CANNOT be used from third parts for profit, CANNOT be published in cd/dvd/disks and anything else, CANNOT be published on other websites without authorization from who supplied material and copyright holders.
The authors don't take any responsibility causes by use of current software and possible inaccuracies reported.
In this site you can listen to music (in midi format) of unforgettable video games of c64. All copyrights of following files, belong to their legal owners, EDICOLAC64.COM don't intend to infringe copyrights of the authors. All the pictures, official logos and other trademarks are © Copyright and ™ Trademarks of respective owners.
On this site there are advertisements (which help to keep the site alive), but we don't take any responsibility inherent to them.
